High quality engine components are not simply a luxury, they
are truly an absolute necessity to be successful in racing. Our
extensive racing experience, combined with many years of race
engine building, has led to the development of many custom engine
components which are designed to enhance both engine performance
and reliability. For example, our aluminum fin/steel-sleeved cylinders
for Porsche Air-Cooled engines have proven to increase engine
performance due to their ability to retain optimal bore shape
in the presence of high cylinder pressures typically found in
racing applications. By retaining their shape, these cylinders
effectively maintain better cylinder sealing and reduce “blow-by”.
Cylinders are available in many popular bore sizes and may also
be purchased as complete Pre-Engineered Kits with custom JE Pistons
and Carrillo or Pauter Rods Connecting Rods.
We have also developed Adjustable Camshaft Sprockets for Porsche
911 engines. Adjustable sprockets make degreeing the
camshafts a quick and extremely accurate process. These sprockets
provide a +/- 10 degree adjustment range to allow you to precisely
establish your desired cam timing. Once you try a set, you will
never go back to the old trial and error method of cam timing.
The accessory hardware required for compatibility with either
early model “nut drive” or the late model “bolt
drive” camshafts is also available.
Our new Single and Twin-Plug Distributors for Porsche 911-based
engines are designed to provide accurate and reliable spark delivery
for these high performance engines. These distributors were inspired
by our experience with inconsistent and inaccurate spark delivery
provided by some direct-fire ignition systems which resulted in
power losses. Distributors are offered in internally-triggered
as well as externally-triggered versions, and are available in
small and large diameter housings for use in early and late model
engine cases.
All of these components are utilized in our in-house engine programs
which have proven to produce reliable and extremely powerful racing
engines for many of our Porsche clients.

We offer custom designed Oil Filter Adapters, Remote Oil Cooler
Adapters, high performance Valve Springs and Valve Spring Retainers
for many BMW 4 & 6-cylinder motors.
For the Nissan A Series motors, we have designed and offer special
oversized Valve Lifters for use with long duration/high lift racing
cams. We also offer Aluminum Roller Rockers in several ratios.
