2011 Racing Schedules

This section of our website will change often. The 2011 racing season is officially underway with the 48th running of the Rolex 24 at Daytona. Again this year we will try to keep you up-to-date by posting the latest racing results for the following professional road racing series.

Customer Racing

From time to time, we would like to acknowledge some of our customer's successful racing experiences and would like to extend our congratulations to:

For years we have been a JE Piston Dealer and have used their pistons almost exclusively in all of our race engine projects. During this time, we've developed a strong relationship with Jerry Roche of JE Pistons who happens to own and campaign a Porsche In Porsche Club events on the west coast. We have built several of Jerry's race engines in the past and just supplied him the 3.2L non-turbo engine which he installed for the recent "Tribute to LeMans" 4-Hour Enduro at Willow Springs. Jerry and co-driver Kenny Runbaugh drove a flawless race finishing in the lead lap in Second Place overall. Our Congratulations to Jerry & Ken! (view results)

JE Pistons

	Mark Minkoff, another west coast client, recently competed in the VARA High Desert Challenge at Willow Springs driving his 2.5L Porsche 911R in the CP3 class. Mark finished 2nd in class (3rd overall) in the Two Hour Enduro and claimed 3rd in class in the Sprint Race after starting 10th.
Mark recently added one of our Twin-Plug Distributors, Ignition wire sets and our ULTRA-LITE Flywheel/Clutch kits improving his lap times by 3 seconds. Congratulations Mark - well done!
