Terms & Conditions of Sale


JB Racing (JBR) desires, but does not require the use of written purchase orders. All orders should be placed using JBR Part Numbers and be properly priced. If requested, a written acknowledgement will be provided upon receipt of an order. Orders are accepted and may be placed via Phone, Fax, Mail, and E-Mail. Collect calls will not be accepted.


All prices are Net FOB Tavares, FL and are in US Dollars (USD). All prices are subject to change without prior notice.


All orders are shipped C.O.D., certified check, credit card (American Express, Master Card or Visa), or prepaid unless prior arrangements have been made. International orders may also be remitted via bank wire transfers; however additional bank charges may apply. Open account status is available only with approved credit and the satisfactory completion and processing of all JBR credit requirements. JBR reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding customer credit approval and account status. All materials remain the property of JBR until payment is made in full. All special and/or custom orders may require an initial deposit before being processed.


All shipments are FOB Tavares, Florida. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours after receipt. Orders received before 12 PM (noon EST) for materials or products in stock will normally ship the same day. Orders will be shipped via UPS or Federal Express unless a specific carrier and/or shipping priority is specified by the customer. Oversized packages will be shipped via common carrier trucking lines. Customer requested freight carriers will be accommodated where possible and may be subject to additional handling fees where applicable. Any special handling, special shipping requirements, and/or drop shipments will be handled on a per-case basis.

Sales Tax:

JBR requires a current sales tax certificate to be maintained on file for all dealer and resale customers. Sales tax will be added to all applicable orders where applicable and a current/valid sales tax certificate has not been provided.

International Orders

We ship regularly to customers around the globe via commercial parcel carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Any applicable Import Duties or VAT's are the purchaser's responsibility - JBR does not invoice, collect, or otherwise exert any control over the taxes or import duties imposed by the destination country.


Requests for product returns must be received within 60 days of the original invoice date. All merchandise returned for credit must be new, current design product in resalable condition and in the original unopened packaging. Products that have been modified or superseded by newer designs will not be accepted for credit. Products that have been installed or exhibit signs of use will not be accepted for credit or exchange and will be returned to the customer. Please contact us to request the proper return authorization before returning any material. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice and our written Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) for proper credit consideration and/or issuance. Materials approved for return must be properly packaged and shipped prepaid/insured. Unauthorized returns and COD shipments will not be accepted.


JBR reserves the right to apply a restocking fee for returned merchandise to cover material handling and re-inventory costs. A minimum 15% restocking charge will be applied to all products & materials accepted for return. Additionally, all merchandise must be in as-new condition and in original un-opened packaging. Products returned in opened and/or non-original packaging will be subject to inspection and if deemed in new and resalable condition, will be credited less a repackaging fee which is in addition to the applicable restocking charges.

Damage claims:

JBR will make every effort to insure that all merchandise is carefully packaged prior to shipment. The receiver bears full responsibility for visually inspecting all inbound shipments and any apparent damage should be immediately identified to the delivery carrier and noted on all receiving documents. Any and all claims for concealed damage must also be reported immediately to the carrier. JBR will assist where possible; however, we will not accept any responsibility for damages due to the negligence or mishandling on behalf of the carrier service or for damaged material that the receiver failed to process promptly and properly with the carrier.


All merchandise is guaranteed to be of first quality materials and workmanship. Products must be properly installed and maintained to achieve the designed performance and serviceability. While JBR makes every effort to ensure our products are free of defects in workmanship and constructed from the highest quality materials, there are no warranties, intended or implied, of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or application. Components herein are intended for high performance and racing use only, therefore professional installation is highly recommended. JBR will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, property damage, loss of profits or revenue, cost of purchased or replacement goods, or personal injury damages, to the fullest extent of the law.
